Ingredients:
- 2/3 creme fraiche
- 1/3 mayonnaise
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped apple
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- a little sugar
Instructions:
Add to this one jar of marinated herrings, but if you haven't any from Scandinavia
then 2 jars of what I call the "White Herrings" from Waitrose.
