Comment:This is something special. Do not drive home after this one.
Ingredients:
- One bottle of vodka 75 cl
- 1&1/2 dl brandy
- 500 ml pilsner lager
- 2 dried figs
- 3 prunes
- 1&1/2 dl raisins
- 1&1/2 dl almonds
- dried orange peel or fresh, seville type gives more taste
- 1 cinnamon stick, 8 cm
- 4 whole cardemoms
- 2 cloves
- 1&1/2 dl sugar
Instructions:Mix all dry ingredients apart from almonds and sugar with vodka and let stand over night or 24 hours is better. Add remaining liquids, almond and then sugar to taste. Heat before serving but only to about 75 degrees C or you will loose the kick from the alcohol. 78 degrees and it is going up into thin air.
