Jean?s Danish Ice Cream

Comment:

Delicious served with fresh fruits or keep a bag of frozen forest or summer fruits and when defrosting these, add some Danish Kirseberry wine and when serving also pour a little over the ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • ? liter Whipping Cream,
  • 3 Egg Yolks,
  • 60 grammes sugar and ? vanilla stick or 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar.
OPTIONAL ?
  • grated chocolate - Waitrose ginger, orange or coffee chocolate is especially good.

Instructions:

Whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla till almost white. Whip cream and fold mixture into this. If using chocolate add this. Freeze and when ready to use take out ca. 15 ? 20 minutes beforehand to soften a little. Enjoy.
