Britt's Courgette Cake

As eaten and enjoyed by many on Car Treasure hunts
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml corn oil or any cooking oil available
- 500 ml sugar (I usually use less)
- 500 ml grated courgette, no need to peel first
- 500 ml plain flour
- ? tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1 tsp salt (less will do)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 250 ml chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients in the order listed above. Bake for 1 hr at approx 200 degrees C.
